Basic Network Service Troubleshooting Guide
1. Check signal & coverage first
-
Look at your signal bars
-
Try moving to a different location (outside, near a window)
If others on the same network also have no signal, it may be an outage – visit the links below and insert your postcode to see if there are any masts down in your area.

2. Toggle Airplane Mode

Turn Airplane Mode ON for 10–15 seconds

This forces your phone to reconnect to the network
3. Restart your phone
-
Power off → wait 30 seconds → turn it back on
4. Check SIM card
-
Remove the SIM card and reinsert it properly
-
Look for damage or dirt
If possible, test:
-
Your SIM in another phone – If this works in another handset, this tells us that there is a fault with the handset.
-
Another SIM in your phone – If a different sim works in your handset, this means the sim is faulty and needs replacing.

-
Make sure:
-
Mobile data is ON
-
Network selection is set to Automatic
-

12. Test in another area
-
If it works elsewhere → it’s likely a local signal issue
