Steps for requesting new devices, upgrades, or software installations.
Steps
- Visit the IT Service Portal.
- Select Hardware Request or Software Request.
- Complete the requested form:
- Business justification
- Cost centre (if applicable)
- Manager approval details
- Submit the request and track progress in the portal.
Processing Times
- Standard laptops: 5–7 business days
- Software installations: 1–2 business days
- Custom hardware: Subject to supplier lead times
