Steps for requesting new devices, upgrades, or software installations.

Steps

  1. Visit the IT Service Portal.
  2. Select Hardware Request or Software Request.
  3. Complete the requested form:
    • Business justification
    • Cost centre (if applicable)
    • Manager approval details
  4. Submit the request and track progress in the portal.

Processing Times

  • Standard laptops: 5–7 business days
  • Software installations: 1–2 business days
  • Custom hardware: Subject to supplier lead times
